The Savills Natural Capital Team comprise a specialist team of eight dedicated professionals based across the UK, with a Scottish hub in Edinburgh.

The team advise private estates, institutional and corporate owners as well as project developers and investors new to land ownership on all aspects of natural capital.

This includes carbon audits, carbon code applications, biodiversity strategies, baselining, monitoring, biodiversity net gain and advice on policy and ongoing initiatives. We also provide expert market insight into the private nature-based solutions markets and analysis on the future of agri-environmental policy that is increasingly underpinned by natural capital thinking.

We view the NFCA as a key player in the development of sustainable nature markets.
